As part of the interaction of the participants of the Association of Creative Universities of St. Petersburg in the RC OLMIV, preliminary works were started with the staff of the St. Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design named after A. L. Stieglitz. Prospective directions of works on painting research were determined.

On June 30, 2015, a joint seminar of the Department of Laser Chemistry and Materials Science and RC OLMIV was held, where Prof. Miroslav Frumar and Professor Tomas Wagner from the University of Pardubice, Czech Republic, delivered a speech. 

July 3, 2015 the prof. Morgner (Prof. Morgner), Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Hanover had visited the RC OLMIV. 

Prof. Morgner discussed with the deputy dean of the Faculty of Physics, prof. Aksenova E.V. and representatives of the departments of the faculty of Physics and Chemistry perspectives for possible cooperation, and also visited the laboratories of the resource center.

From June 2 to June 5, with the support of G-RISC (German-Russian Interdisciplinary Science Center) program a course of lectures / seminars on modern problems of optoelectronics and solar energy will be held by Dr. Muhammad Bashouti from the Faculty of Chemistry of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg) and the Max Planck Institute in the RC “Optical and laser materials research”.
