It is intended for registration and subsequent computer processing of results after gel electrophoresis. The system includes a dark box, Transilluminator LM20E with UV wavelengths of 302 and 365 nm, a refrigerated CCD camera (1 Mpixel), filter system, allowing to receive fluorescent, non-fluorescent and chemiluminescent images, special software for image input and analysis, particularly densitometry analysis.
