Microscopy station of high resolution on the base of automated microscope Leica DMRXA

It is designed for light microscopy: transmission, phase contrast, fluorescence. Completely computer-aided microscope Leica DMRXA is equipped with Nomarski optics, set of filters for green, red and blue fluorescence, high resolution digital camera and computer. Special software "QFISH (Leica Cambridge Ltd)" is intended for creating multicolor images, densitometry, measurements of distances between signals, selected fragments area measurements, etc. Also it provides a microscope control.
