The hot pressing FR210-30T-A-200-EVC (OXY-GON Industries, Inc.) Allows to obtain ceramic materials at pressures up to 27 m and a temperature up to 20 000 S in an inert atmosphere or vacuum.
1. The facility provides 27 tons pressing force and the maximum temperature of 1 500˚C, pressing.
2. Compression process may be carried out in a controlled gas atmosphere (oxidising or inert environment, vacuum).
3. The size of the hot zone to accommodate molds 75*100 mm.
4. The apparatus has a controller, providing automatic regulation of temperature and pressure.
5. Power consumption – 20 KVA.
6. The kit includes a vacuum pump installation, providing a vacuum chamber in magnitude 1*10-2 Torr.
