HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color MFP M475dw is a multifunctional device that combines color laser printer with automatic two-sided printing, copier, color scanner and fax.

UGENE is graphic interface for working with sequences, annotations, multiple alignments, phylogenetic trees and data sequencing (NGS), etc. Data may be stored locally (on PC), and in the general store (laboratory data in the database). UGENE provides an ability to analyze large amount of streaming data with the use of the "Designer of the computational schemes". Computational scheme is composed of the various blocks: data reading, applying embedded algorithms / instruments, data recording. If desired, blocks of arbitrary command-line tools and script blocks can be added to the scheme. "Designer" has examples of schemes (for sequences annotation, format conversion, data analysis and sequencing, etc.). UGENE is free bioinformatics software and can run on a PC with Windows, Mac OS X or Linux.

Confocal Microscopes Leica TCS SP5

Laser scanning microscope Leica TCS SP5 for True Confocal (inverted) equipped with resonant scanner. The device can accommodate specimens labeled with all fluorophores including ultraviolet. High-speed imaging supplies the data for a wide range of integrated analytical techniques. There is a computer workstation with a full version of LAS AF software for LEICA TSC SP5, Bitplane Imaris 7.5, AutoQuant X, SVI Huygens installed.

Leica DMI3000B inverted widefield fluorescence microscope

DMI3000B Leica inverted widefield fluorescence microscope is equipped with long working distance lenses (Planapo x2.5, x5, x20, x40, x40oil, x63oil, x100oil). It is ideally suited to working with tissue culture plates and dishes. It can be used for phase contrast or fluorescence imaging of either fixed or live specimens stained or expressing a range of markers.
